• We require clear access to work areas and availability of water/electricity if needed.
• We are not liable for damage to hidden underground utilities or obstructions not disclosed.
• We aim to reschedule in case of weather delays, and will notify you promptly.
• Payments must be made as per the agreed terms on invoices.
