- Our guarantee does not cover issues caused by factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather, pre-existing damage, or misuse of treated areas.
- Any remedial work or adjustments will be at our discretion and agreed upon with the client.
No Guarantee on Plant Establishment
- Due to the natural variability of environmental conditions, Eden’s Embrace does not guarantee the survival, growth, or long-term condition of any plants, turf, hedges, trees, or seeded areas supplied or installed.

- This includes, but is not limited to, paving, decking, fencing, walls, render, pointing, lawn edges, irrigation systems, and underground services not visibly identifiable prior to work commencing.

- Eden’s Embrace shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural events, access restrictions, or utility outages.
Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eden’s Embrace’s liability shall be limited to the value of the services provided.
- We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment, loss of use, or loss of plants beyond the immediate area of work.
Heat and Flame-Based Weed Control
- Where heat or flame-based weed control methods are used, including the use of handheld flame torches, all work is carried out with due care and in accordance with safe working practices.
- Eden’s Embrace shall not be held responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing dry conditions, combustible materials, hidden hazards, wind conditions, or factors outside our reasonable control.
- Clients acknowledge that the use of heat-based weed control may result in surface scorching, discolouration, or plant loss in the treated area.
- Flame-based weed control will not be undertaken during unsuitable weather conditions or where safety cannot be reasonably assured.
Herbicide and Pesticide Use
- Where herbicides or pesticides are applied, Eden’s Embrace uses products appropriate to the task and follows manufacturer guidance and relevant regulations.
- Eden’s Embrace cannot be held responsible for plant damage, regrowth, failure of treatment, or unintended effects caused by environmental conditions, weather, soil type, spray drift, or pre-existing plant health issues.
- Clients are responsible for notifying Eden’s Embrace of sensitive plants, neighbouring boundaries, pets, water features, or specific environmental concerns prior to treatment.
- Results of chemical treatments may vary and repeat applications may be required. No guarantee is given as to the speed or permanence of results.
Regulatory Compliance
- Eden’s Embrace carries out all services in accordance with applicable UK regulations, guidance, and industry best practice.
- Compliance with regulations does not imply a guarantee of outcome where environmental or site-specific factors apply.
Client Acknowledgement
- By accepting a quote or allowing work to proceed, the client confirms they understand the inherent risks associated with outdoor gardening, landscaping, cleaning, and treatment services.
- The client accepts that natural materials, plants, and surfaces may respond unpredictably to weather, treatment, or cleaning processes.
