• Minimise risks to clients, neighbours, pets, and the public during our work.

Client responsibilities

• Please provide accurate information about site conditions (e.g. known hazards, hidden utilities).
• Ensure pets and children are kept safely away from work areas during and immediately after our work.
• Notify us of any specific health and safety concerns prior to work starting.

Incident response

• Any accidents, near-misses, or safety concerns will be documented and addressed promptly.
• We will notify clients of any incidents affecting their property or safety.
